Good evening all. I'm curious, what are the conditions that need to be met in order to get a 6800 to replace my i760? I purchased my i760 off of E-Bay in January of this year (not directly through VZW), and have been having problems with the screen not automatically turning off, hot battery, etc as of late.

That being the case, I was wanting to know if this was a product recall or simply a fulfilment of a warranty. I do not pay the $5 for insurance on the phone monthly and was wanting to know if I would still be eligible for a replacement phone under a "recall". Hopefully that all makes sense.
