Yes, and several times. The phone resets and on the black Samsung screen says Please reset your device, Reinstallation not allowed. I think when I did the initial update last night, it had just started the Phone portion of the upgrade and stated that it failed because of a configuration issue. Nothing more specific than that. Now on versions screen, PDA is at the new version, but Phone states NA and will not turn on for anything. I believe I've created my second brick for the year.

And, oh what a nice upgrade process verizon provides that so many users have these issues. I would consider myself a little bit savy and would hate to think how a novice user could get through this. Geez.
