The "...Enhancement List" talks about the BD14 update, which is what anyone who has already updated to 6.1 already has. But, if you navigate through to the actual update pages and instructions (at least into the XP side...I did not dig into the Vista installation side), they talk about BJ10...so it appears that this is indeed an update beyond BD14. And these pages say both the PDA and Phone get updated. Whoever is "early adopting", please check and report your versions both before and after.

Edit -- I looked at the Vista instructions and they, too, talk about the version updating to BJ10. But...they did not fully vet the instructions...in the very next section ("Additional Details..."), they left behind the mention of "...this BD14 update..." as well as left it describing what BD14 has rather than what BJ10 should have. Ah well...
