I have my phone replaced by Asurion 3 weeks ago. The new i760 has wm6.1 and so far I have no issues. It runs a lot better than my first i760. Verizon stores suck in Iowa. I went to 3 different locations to see if they will let me exchange it since it was brand new but each location kept on telling me to go to the other verizon location. I had issues with the black blotch on the screen and also the phone kept on acting up and didn't even go into stand by.
