Changed desktop setting (Custom) under hot sync tap to let desktop overwrite hand held. Now every time I hot sync takes longer and then has to reset. Never did this before what happened. When hand held was overwriting desktop it flew through hot sync, and never had to be reset.

PS / Still have resetting problem as previous post notes. Some tech has to have fix for this.
