Well... There are about 15 apps that seem to persist through my various configurations and of those these are the ones I can't seem to do without, in no particular order:
PocketInformant -I have it configured to look like my desktop Outlook and configured with templates and canned text to make my life easier when entering Calendar items in the field

TodayAgenda- I nicely featured Today Plug in that allows me to see my ToDos and Appointments on the Today screen, AND its FREE

Mapopolis-Yes I know they are no longer.. but I've been using this mapping program for years and it still works!
