well im not sure about dialing an isp since i havn't done that in a long time but i use a program called phone alarm to put a 1 min time out for internet connections and i setup my aol using the built in Setup email account on the phone and tell it to check every 60mins... i know there is an add a new modem connection option under connections/m ISP that might take care of the isp part.. just an idea
