FYI:

I messed around with this on vista for about 2-3 hours getting problems with "Cannot Extract" the file and it also not recognizing Vista as my operating system. Same problems as the user above me.

Tried to update on my Windows XP laptop and the update was done in about 10min- first time.

The only thing I did was to ignore the "USB as Modem" step, as when I did that, the installer would not recognize my phone. I kept it on the default setting and installation was truly a breeze....

Time to go back to XP?????
