ExtractResourceFile Failed

If you get the ExtractResourceFile Failed error message try downloading the Samsung Mobile USB Driver directly from Samsung first here
I kept running into the same problem. After downloading and installing the USB drivers I was able to successfully run the install and completed my 6.1 upgrade.
