I use that trick myself sometimes when I'm inside and the EVDO signal is poor.
Some of these phones can be fitted with wi-fi cards in the memory card slots but they are expensive and I don't know if the BJ can support one or not.

One has to have access to the computer to setup the connection. It most likely would be via ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center. There is one company who makes a WLAN microSD card: SPECTEC CO.,LTD. --- THE SPECIALIST MANUFACTURER OF SDIO DEVICES
