Ditto with mine except I was using the original cable that came with the phone. No idea why it failed the first time but it appears the programmers expect it to happen since it tells you what to do to restart the process.
I wonder if doing a hard-reset prior to attempting the upgrade might help... along with disabling WiFi, phone and bluetooth. |
