Yes it is. The main difference between those two treos is that the 750 runs on windows mobile while the 755p runs on palm OS (hence the p). But the accessories are the same for both of them. Just stay away from the treo 680 accesories because some of those will certainly not be the same as those of the 750 or the 755p (for example the stylus, which is why the pack of three contains an additional set of replacements for the top of the stylus to be used with the Treo 680)
