not a 100% confirmed answer, but I spoke with tech support at Commontime software (they make the premier enterprise sync tool as well as a strong personal tool) for Notes synch. They are NOT making an iPhone version of the software at this point.

They had originally intended to, but with undisclosed limitations in the SDK they can't create something as well as they would like.
