I'm upgrading from my treo 700p for either the SCH-i760, VX6800, or VX6900.

I'm leaning toward the SCH-i760, but was wondering what you thought?

Also wondering if any newer smartphone might be coming out in the next 3 - 6 months...? (for verizon)
