Thanks, everyone. For those who are inexperienced like me: I just used Total Commander to copy PIE shortcut from windows, start menu, programs, to "\" directory then used TC properties to edit target to \windows\jeodek.exe -run s1_ per above, then renamed shortcut to Opera and copied the shortcut back into windows, start menu, programs. It works great and as mentioned above, even has the java icon.
