At least with Samsung, we have the opportunity to talk to the manufacturer's pseudo support organization when VZW offers us no assistance. Good luck with your "Tilt".

this is my first HTC phone so you might be right about overall HTC quality, but based on the convos i've seen over at xda-developers, i doubt it. that said, the tilt is rock solid. i've had it since october with no issues and, like most people, i've dropped my phone way too many times. the build quality on this is better than other HTC devices, according to some folks, and there has been zero loss of quality in the tilt mechanism, springs, keyboard, or anything else.
and it's even better with WINDOWS MOBILE 6.1.....which all of us Tilters have had for the past two months. |
