Company's paying the $15 per month so I'd rather stay legal...

Problem: After installing HTC driver and VZ Access on laptop, it wont recognize 6800 as a modem. VZ Access will not uninstall in order to start from scratch. VZ support has tried to fix and their latest solution is to REFORMAT the laptop drive in order to reinstall VZ Access. That's not gonna happen.

Error when trying to uninstall VZAccess is "Can't open INSTALL.LOG file". The file is in the VZAccess folder.

Anybody seen this?
