Oh that's right - thanks for reminding me.
Two things you'll find when you download movies with YTPocket:
1) Sometimes the video is named properly - e.g.: "MST3K - Hercules Part 3.flv". More often than not, though, it will just download as "download" with no extension. When you are prompted to download, I usually uncheck the "Open when finished downloading" button, then I click "Change" and name the file appropriately. (Another bit of oddness.. sometimes when I save directly to the SD card, even if there's lots of room, it will finish the download, then tell me that there's not enough space on the card, and the file gets dumped - so I just save it to my local memory, then move it to my SD card manually. )
2) Every once in a while, instead of offering you the actual file, the download window will prompt you with "Do you want to download "download" for 266 bytes?". I dunno why it does that, but it's always 266 bytes, which obviously isn't a full file. I just hit "Cancel", then click the download link again (sometimes it takes a try or two), and then I get the full file.
In either case, the file extension must be set to
.FLV
This all sounds like a pain in the neck, but it's actually very simple... I'm just long-winded.
