Apparently, Verizon forced Samsung to remove ICS (aka "Internet Sharing") from their build. It simply doesn't exist in our phone, so we have to add it back in by getting it from build that didn't strip it from the WM AKU.

There was a CAB file to install it, but it's not located in the thread any more. Anyone know where a reliable ICS installer can be found?
