Copy this cab onto your phone.
Run & install the cab.
Go to the Programs menu on your phone and click on Usb Modem. Click Enable.
Your computer will detect new hardware. Make sure for a driver you select the driver usbmodem.inf included in this download.
Once you have the drivers properly installed, it's time to set up the dial-up connection.
From the control panel on your pc, find network connections.
Click "Create a new connection" which should start the wizard on your pc.
Select connect to the internet, then setup my connection manually, then connect using a dial-up modem.
Select the USB Modem check box and make sure no other modems are selected. Click next.
For an ISP name, Verizon Broadband Access. Click next.
For phone number #777. Click next.
Your username is your phone number @vzw3g.com, so if your cell # is 617 555 1611, your username would be 6175551611@vzw3g.com
Your password is vzw.
