And to be honest, Verizon has really shaped up over the last year. I actually have a better view of Verizon after dealing with them and our 80 lines of service on a weekly basis now than I did when I opened the account 2 years ago.

Verizon has top notch customer service. If they say they they will do something they do it. They almost always solve my issue to MY liking. They give credits if asked. I really have had good dealings with them.
Now Dish network is another story. (LIARS!)
