I'm in NYC.

I have a friend with a Touch and the exact same plan as mine. We sat in the same room and compared internet speeds. 100% of the time her Touch would show "locating" for only a fraction of a second while mine would stall.

I used Sprite to backup her unit and then restored her backup to my Touch. Mine was still slow. I tried activating her Touch on my account and hers was still fast.

I don't see how this could be anything other than my Touch. Of course, I've been wrong before.
