Yes, the page eventually loads. I've hard reset numerous times. I've also done the kind of reset where you dial ##786#, and then choose "reset" from the menu. This resets the phone back to its pre-activation state (i.e. you have to re-enter your mdn and msid numbers).

I've noticed that when I type the numeric ip address of the site in the address instead of using a url, the site loads quickly.

Anyhow, I purchased the phone online (not from sprint) which is why I'm trying to avoid having to return the phone.
