I have a new Sprint Touch and am experiencing problems accessing the web. Whenever I try to get a webpage the Explorer will show first show a message that says "locating". Normally, that message should just flash for a fraction of a second, but on mine it will stall for a good 30 seconds to a minute before it starts opening the page.

When I use Opera, it stalls on "looking up host".

I've tried a number of things including doing a full manufacturer reset, but nothing helps. I have a friend with the same service and phone and I temporarily activated her phone on my account to see if the problem was related to the way my account was set up, but her phone worked flawlessly.

I wanted to change the DNS servers, but they always revert to automatic.

Any suggestions short of returning the phone? Thanks!
