I don't know if this counts as comprehensive instructions, but here is what worked for me. From memory:
1. Donwload zip file (post 39). Copy cabs for ICS and Wifi router to storage card.
2. Install ICS and Wifi router to phone (I keep the cabs on my card for backup)
3. Reset
4. Run ICS once (I don't know if this is really necessary, but it is what I did)
5. Reset
6. Run Wifi router, make sure DHCP Allocator is set.
To Use:
On phone: run Wifi router, hit "connect" button, wait wihle it attaches to ICS, turns on my wifi radio, and gets running.
On computer: find network and connect
I did not do any of the registry hacks, and have had no trouble with it.
I hope that helps.
