really guys, if its stolen then just be thankful it isnt yours, telling him (IF it is stolen) to give it back is like telling bush not to go to war. even with the IMEI # it can still be re-used, You would just have to buy another SIM and reactivate thru iTunes. GSM networks do not blacklist ESNs like CDMA carriers do. A SIM is the only thing that regulates that and thats why you have to buy a new SIM. As far as wanting to ban someone for who you THINK has a stolen phone and NOT KNOWING, you should be ashamed. For all we know this person is buying refurbed on the side or mulitples in a pallet lot auction or somewhere else.
