ive been wit the app since v.01 and now using .81 which was the first atable version. later versions have given others some issues and now since he has some sort of legal thing going on, he has stopped the downloads and such. i would use the version that does not setup the connection for you, just do it alal manually and you will be ok. if you have some weird 169.254.... something or other address then you are not getting a valid ip form the program. try not using any security and then after you are succesful and you may try it then. i have had my laptop and ipod touch connected on the same connection sans security and all is well.
