"Yet another CNET Biased report!!!"
The guy there says "Frankly, I am sick and tired of seeing 6.5 - 7.3 ratings from CNET on pretty much all windows mobile or for that matter any non-apple product".
This shows they did rate it as a 7.0 as it stands alone by itself, but for some reason changed it after other phones came into the market. Besides that what he's saying isn't all together true in that I already noted that cnet rated the i730 an 8.3 which comes with Windows Mobile. Maybe the 6.5-7.3 ratings may be what is generally found for WM devices at cnet but it isn't always the case.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding what youre you saying, but are you saying that the SCH-i760 supports 3G?? If it does then I take back what I said about that, but everything I read about it says it only supports Rev 0 not Rev A. If it does have it then that definitely brings it up a notch from where I was seeing it.

When I saw the review a while ago I was like wait didn't it have a lower score, then I thought it must have been another phone. Maybe the first one they tested was a pre-production model that might have been a little crappy and once they got a production model and had used it for a while they decided that it really is a good phone? just a thought.
Also the Cingular 8525, HTC Tilt, both got an 8.0, the VX6800 got a 7.7 while the Sprint model got a 7.3. The blackjack II got a 7.7 and so did the HTC S630(dash update). The HTC VOX S710 got an 8.0. I could go on. So there are handful of WM devices that have gotten higher than 7.3.
Then again didn't the Samsung i830 get a 6.3 which is kind of odd since it is a similar to the 730.
