Who did you send it too? I'm the technical manager for freedom and have not seen any emails regarding the finish (and there are no raised support tickets with this issue either).

This would most likely be covered under the warranty so we could replace it. If you can send me an email paul@freedominput.com with a photo of the unit/peeling finish I can get you an RMA sorted out

Please let me know who you sent the original emails to as well so I can investigate that as well. I'm guessing it might have been sent to Chris but she was at CES last week and is on holiday now so has only had limited email access. Still would normally get forwarded to me though so keen to pin that down.
