Here are the drivers I am using on Vista. When you plug in the device you'll see 2 new items in device manager. The first is HTC USB Modem (under 'Modems'), which uses modem.sys and HtcUsbMdmV32.sys. The other device is HTC Diagnostic Interface (Under 'Ports - LPT & COM').
