Have you received a bill from VZ yet that confirms they aren't charging you?

I currently pay the 15 dollar a month extra because PDANet is so flaky. It will constantly drop my data every few seconds.

I will jump on this in a heartbeat if they won't charge me the extra 15 a month (which is ridiculous imo)
