Thanks for your feedback. I was getting a little worried as I am in the process of making the switch to the 6800 from the i760. I wanted to love the i760 so bad but just had to face the fact that it was not the best option for me. The fact the Samsung has moved away from what has become a standard in button placement made this phone hard to use quickly or in the dark, and also hard to use if you switch hands. The side buttons not being flush just doesn't make sense and neither does the phone key placement. Also, my i760 had very bad earpiece and speaker phone quality. That along with the bluetooth issues, the hard time I had holding onto this phone, and some issues I had with the keyboard, I decided to give the 6800 a try. However, if I don't like it, I'll probably try and find myself a stable i730 until the new Treo is delivered.
