Yeah but you only have regular texts which use the SMS system (I believe.)
The problem here is picture and video messages uses the MMS system which needs to connect to the internet service to work..
This really is such a F'd up system, all I want to do is have just a voice and unlimited messaging plan for regular, picture, and video texts. But because it's a dam pda/smart phone that can use data we're being forced to make a decision to either use the data or not be able to send picture and video texts. I really think this is absurd and should be changed, it looks like I won't be purchasing the i760 and will have to go with a cheaper phone that doesn't have this problem since it won't be a pda/smartphone
Good job Verizon you could have made a bit more money there but noo you gotta be a pain in the ass to everyone. They're lucky my g/f has Verizon and most people I know do so the IN calling and unlimited messaging is enough to make me switch to them from Sprint (because right now it's coming out to too much money for both me and my g/f).
