PPC 6800 (Mogul) - Windows Mobile Office 6.1 is now available - is it worth it?

According to MSFT, Ver 6.1 of Windows Mobile Office is now out.

Has anyone tried the upgrade on a PPC6800? If so, how did it work. Was it worth it?

Do you lose any of your data/settings (I'm assuming you do) if you get the upgrade?
