It has taken this long to get a replacement brain! So yeah, they're behind!
And you're shocked... why?

Duuude.... I'm shocked because of the following:
Phone was "suppose" to be released in August. Failed testing.
Phone was "suppose" to be released in October. Failed testing.
Phone is FINALLY released in December... and it's got a ROM dated from August??!!! Ok... WTF were they testing all this time? Get It Now?
And someone just confirmed in one of the other threads that the VzW 6800 DOES indeed have the keyboard/Windows Live problem... which means VzW is still operating on a defective ROM that is a version behind... after all these months of "testing"??!!
Right now I feel like a genuis, or that I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night, because I was VzW customer back in the spring patiently waiting for the 6800 "on the network". Kept hearing "any day now". I thought screw VzW and their high prices, stall tactics, whatever... jumped ship and have never looked back. After seeing this debacle unfold, I'm willing to bet VzW won't even unlock the GPS in order to squeeze more money out of their customers.
You're a good man Betaman... I feel for you... heck, I'd even chip in to buy you a new phone on the "other" network
