The original file is write protected. You can change that on your PC.

I read both versions (My original and Coarse) into word and did a comparison and there are major changes. My volume is pretty much OK, but wonder if anyone has an idea of exact purposes of various parameters, i.e. is there a data dictionary somewhere? Nothing on Google.
