Well known issue in sprint:

Take a Sprint Touch or a Mogul and call a friend who also is is a sprint customer. The other person will hear you talking even before accepting the call. Meaning while you are making the call if you say something wrong the person and everyone near will hear what you said prior to answering the phone. Check it out!!!!!!! make your choice
