Did anyone else find it funny that it took the co-chief executive at Blackberry and a Blockbuster in-house tech support guy to get this thing working on James Keyes' Blackberry. Now, I'm willing to believe that he's not the most tech savvy guy. But, downloading and watching movies needs to be so easy even a CEO can figure it out. Especially since the rest of us can't get tech support from the CEO of Blackberry.
