XV6600 Bleutooth acticesync works great if you set it up through the phone and through the computer if you set the activesync connection to serial port 4 and bluetooth serial port to 4.
Latptop automatically connects to bluetooth modem if you set up the connection through the bluetooth manager first and then modify it through the connection manager. I just bring up internet explorer and no need to click anything, just seconds before I'm online.
This is all with the HP update Patch. A2DP works ok... I can listen to music, use the controls on my Motorola HT 820, and answer 1 incoming call. After call ends I loose pairing. Aside from constantly having to reconnect after calls, the sound quality is great and the controls work perfectly. The earpiece works better than any other earpiece if you only use it as a hands free headset without connecting the high quality audio profile. Calls in stereo quality.
With the broadcomm cab file the A2DP works great along with the headset profile, and you don't have to reconnect, but you loose the controls. I have a 3900 bluetooth build.
Adding SPB pocket plus or Voice Command will cripple your system and cause hard resets if you have any other advanced applications that you need. Don't install them if you plan to have 1. Navigation software, 2. Latest version of Skype,
