Maybe (lol) Verizon is realizing they are loosing market because they are not keeping up on some devices (or money on research/testing). If they have the best network and if the phones don't matter. . . Then why would anyone go anywhere else? Just a thought.

I don't think they force the data plan but I think half of the rebates only apply if you have the data plan (IE either more for the phone or more for the service). __________________
