Anything done with telesales must be dealt with by telesales. The retail stores and the telesales/website are two completely different entities. Including for support. If you buy it over the phone or online the stores won't help you with anything (device related).
Just something to keep in mind.


Side notes:
None of the stores in Southern Oregon that I've been to even have the i760 yet, lol.
I also played with both the Mogul and the Tilt last week and I didn't notice a speed difference between the two. I also wasn't impressed with either of the cameras, even the auto focus on the Tilt. The Tilt is quite abit larger and I was surprised how much smaller the Mogul was than the 6700. Really the only thing that would make me think about getting the Tilt would be the GPS, I don't really use any GPS on a regular basis but I'm sure I would play with it a bunch especially if it was available.
