I have been waiting for this phone since August 1,2007. I intend to wait until it comes out. I have been with verizon for 10 years and i believe in their service. They will not put a phone out there that has problems and frankly i agree with them. Who in their right mind wants to constantly deal with customer service with issues that can't seem to be solved. In the past verizon has discontinued phones that have problems even if there only out for a year. I believe that this might happen with the xv6800 if the issues stated with the mogul can't be solved. If will cost them a bundle if their customers keep returning the phone far a new issue.
