I've talked to Sprint CS and they've done just fine each time.

Oh yeah, I've also cut my bill in half with the SERO plan so I'll put up with a (possible) lower-level of CS from Sprint to save over $50/mo. But as far as I'm concerned the jury is still out on Sprint's CS anyways.

And besides, I hear just as many people on these types of forums complain about Verizon as I do Sprint. Heck, everyone complains about every carrier so what's the big deal? And don't act like Verizon is some saintly company either.

Here's some news on Verizon when it comes to lawsuits:

From Engadget:
Class action lawsuit against Verizon and Motorola for crippling Bluetooth on the V710

From CNN:
Verizon stock takes hit on $50 billion lawsuit
Lawsuit asks Verizon and government to end phone snooping and seeks $1,000 for each of phone company's 50 million customers.

From The Register:
Verizon faces lawsuit over email blocking

All I did was ask about who might be looking at the Touch instead of waiting for the 6800 from Verizon. I didn't ask for someone to preech to me about why one company is better than the other.

Anyway, have a nice day.
You forgot to add the story about Verizon increasing their net profit 15%
over last year (Sprint is Down),and you forgot the story about Verizon getting
1.57 million new customers this year, not losing 350,000. Most of the stuff you
posted about Verizon the Federal Govt. got them to do.Homeland security/etc. . And , no I don't work for Verizon. I work for nasty old IBM.
