I suggest that as many people as possible hit up to level 3 on this just to log a case, and call your verizon reps and complain about it.
Make sure that you let them know that it worked correctly on you i730 and all other WM device that you had in the past. Let them know that you hope that VZW didn't intentionally cripple the device to work like this.
