Tis true, but here is what I do. Press right menu, Up on cursor, click OK, hold down right arrow for about 5 seconds, glance at screen, should be on the Headset tab. Click and hold on the device I want to set. I can now do this without looking to get to the tab, and am working on learning which device is where so I can press up and down to select the device, hold the center button and hit is again to select "set as handsfree".
Hopefully a solution will come sooner than later........
