I found those beeps to be annoying as well. Here's the fix.
Regedit:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\Feedback
Change the value of "InitVol" from 2 to 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\InCall
Change the value of "InitVol" from 2 to 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\InCallFeedback
Change the value of "InitVol" from 2 to 0
After doing this, there won't be a beep for when you hit the green call button, red end button, or when you hit the numerical front dial keys. Touch tone still works for things such as voicemail promts.
