It makes sense that is what they would say as most people in tech supportsknow nothing except what thier computer screen tells them. I initially spoke to a guy who told me the same thing. I said thats rediculous and insisted on speaking to level 2 support. After I explained the entire problem again she understood what I was talking about and said that they would have to release a update to fix that.
