It just depends on traffic and needs. If there is a desire for a forum from phone carrying people, sure the forum will get created. If it's rumors going around without any real proof it's going to happen, then it will likely stay in a thread, such as the SCH-i760 did for MONTHS after we heard about it.
When you get it, let us know, and if others join, I will pass the message along to get a forum created. __________________
