I will deal w/ one thing at a time. The case number I have is for this exact issue and I wont trouble them w/ tracking seperate issues on the same case. That being said anyone can open a case w/ them for the low volume issue. I wont have time today to call level 3 support but I see that ittech has also been refered to level 3 and got the same answer 'all our other phones work just fine' and 'this phone is too new, we dont know anything about it'. ittech may have info for everyone before I do.

ittech - maybe we can swap case numbers to show the engineers that this isn't an isolated problem. PM me please if you'd like to discuss this.

I doubt a speedy fix on this from samsung but I will say that I know its being worked on by users on this forum.
