The i760 just went on sale today. It is selling for as little as $99. That's after the online discount, NE2, and ADD (Advanced Device Discount aka device that needs an unlimited data plan). I wonder if the SMT5800 will be this cheap.

BTW, Jed, I feel your pain and your joy. I've had my Q for a week, and I'm still not use to having a normal keyboard. I can actually see when caps lock is on. There's a number lock (NO number lock on the i730, the phone helper hack fixes, but it capitalizes letters if you type them too fast; too = tO and letters = leTers). I hear i760 has a retarded keyboard too. No Tab key! What's that about?

Anyhoo, HTC does a good job on keyboards and smartphones. So, no worries about the SMT5800 keyboard. I like the landscape layout. Especially since there's a numeric keypad on the front for 1 hand dialing.
